Not really sure how it’s middle of July already

Not really sure how it’s middle of July already but I’d like summer to last through at least October this year…

I don’t know about you, but in my bedroom I need a super calm vibe - and this one delivers for me! Some people aren’t huge fans of beds in front of windows but this room has plenty of light and this layout gave us the most usable space - so do what works in your space!

Function and beauty combined! This mudroom/laundry

Function and beauty combined! This mudroom/laundry room became a whole lot more functional! We added loads of hooks, a beverage center, pantry and reconfigured their closet to make sure it worked exactly how we wanted it to! Love these repeat clients so much and am forever grateful to work with them in their beautiful home!

This bathroom was going to be shared by both of my

This bathroom was going to be shared by both of my boys and I wanted to do something a bit different but knew I wanted to tile the entire bath...because, well...boys. Ha! 😜 Of course I initially thought of @fireclaytile because they’re the coolest and I absolutely love everything about the company and their tiles. I went with the 2x8s in Dolomite and Ivory and created this pattern that is fun and will age well with the boys. These two colors I went with are a little nod to the old bath but just a bit more current! 😉What do you think?

It’s the gloomiest day here today but another busy week this week! Time feels like it’s moving at an increased speed these days so savoring my coffee this morning as I go through today’s to do list.

Thanks for weighing in on the driveway situation. Turns out everyone except about 3 people hate gravel driveways (especially in colder climates!). So sharing what I’m thinking of doing next in stories. Nothing groundbreaking but I think it’ll be cute.
